Svideo Wire colors?

I dunno if the colors for each pin in a svideo cable is kept standard or not...

If it is, can someone post which color wire is which pin? Thanks.

OK!

I took apart a svideo cable.

The colors are:
Red
Yellow
White
Black

The 5 wire colors in my psone screen are:
Brown
Red
Orange
Yellow
Blue

So i hooked up:
Red to Red
Yellow to Yellow
Black to Brown
White to Orange

I messed around with the odd colored wires but i got nothing.
I hooked the Svideo cable to my pc but my ati card wouldnt let me enable the output because it didnt see the connection.

Help please!
