BenHeck Neo Geo MVS System - FS/need advice

So, I was one of the three or so people who had Mr. Heckendorn make me a Neo Geo MVS console. I seriously never play it, and am going to sell it so I can pay off bills and have a place to live during the winer. Things are that bad for real.

So here's the deal, my system was made from a brand new, never used, Neo Geo MV-1C board I bought new old stock from an arcade vendor in Canada. I had Ben make my system, and about a month after I got it my mom died and my whole world changed in a hurry. I sold over 90% of my video game collection and this unit spent most of the next few years in my closet. I have played it about 6 times total, and have three games, in MVS "Shock Boxes", and a "Jelly Bean" arcade stick for it. I have all the original MV-1C boxing and paperwork, the arcade stick in box, and the system in mint, but dusty, and barely played condition, and again I bought this thing NEW from Canada the very week I had the system commissioned. That means this is basically a pretty much brand new Neo Geo MVS unit and one of the only ones Ben Heckendorn (SP? Am I spelling that right?) made.

My question is this: I am into this probably around $700 after all the games, controller, the new old stock system, the custom mod, etc. Will Ebay be a good choice for this, or should I advertise this on boards like this and digital press or something? I am totally unsure. I am taking all the pictures and what not tomorrow, so if anybody can help in a hurry that'd be great.

And of course if any of you are interested- make offers. I'm not looking to make a ton of money here, just recoup some. Sorry if this is a lame topic. It's for sale either way. Let me know.

I'm sorry to hear that you have to sell it - but getting by obviously comes before playing videogames.

eBay or a Neo Geo collector's forum may be your best bet. Most people on this site make their own stuff and usually don't have the money to buy something like that (or if they did, they'd rather buy the parts and make it themselves). You're still welcome to offer it here, I'm just saying you're probably better off selling it elsewhere.
