Looking for Disc fixer

hey, we all know that some stores like Game Stop or Movie Gallery have these machines that fix scratches and smears on discs

im wondering if anyone knows what im talking about and if they do, do they know of one that could be used for home uses as i find it troubling to goto either a gamestop or movie gallery to get them fixed; my movie gallery had one of them, but netflix forced them out of business

anyone got some answers; this is a product i may buy SOMEDAY, but not today
and i don't mean something that covers up the scratches, but i think the more correct term is a Disc Resurfacer

i would google it or even bing it, but most of the time i run into the types that just cover them up, and im looking for ones that COMPLETLY fix the disc of all scratches

There is a paste like stuff that comes in a Purple Tube, that they sell at Best Buy for 7$, and it works wonders, all you do is apply, wipe, allow to dry, and discs work fine again after that.
