Does anyone know of any way to plug a computer inline with a video signal and have an application run inside the video signal being displayed on a TV? Or make it Picture-In-Picture? I wanna use my TV for TV and to do computer stuff at the same time. And no, im not going to get a TV tuner card and use my computer as a TV. I allready have that kind of setup on 2 computers. I wanna use my huge TV as the display device.
I do have 2 TV tuner cards and video cards with TV out. I just need an app that can process the input signal, apply the application windows to the signal, then output via Comosite or S-Vieo output on the primary video card.
If you ever see the on screen display to a tivo or replay, thats kinda what i wanna do. Either that or make the Video Source the "desktop background" (which one of my TV Tuners can allready do.
I wish my TV had more s-video inputs... :{
While posting this i think i might have come to a soloution... use my PCI ATI All-In-Wonder to just do the "desktop TV" mode and output that into the TV... It will probabbly look like crap though.
