as the subject says, i got this silver psp bundle from ebay, and it apparently already has someone elses profile on it; i got rid of the email and password and put my own in, and i hoped it would work with my PSN profile, but it says "you cannot sign in using another user's sign-in ID (email address)"

i want to use my PSN profile, but it won't let me and instead, it has the dudes profile on it (the person who previsouly owned it)

how can i get rid of his profile on my PSP and use MY PSN profile instead

and this time, im NOT kidding around here; replies are needed as SOON as possible

never mind about the help; it took a long time, but i found the steps on the playstation website, so....yeah

either leave it to rot in the very back of the forum list, or close it, i do not care, as i have no need for this topic anymore
