Convert Saturn light gun into a Dreamcast light gun

Hi There,

My idea sounds that simply that I am considering doing it myself!

I have been disapointed with the appearance of most of the Sega Dreamcast light guns. They are all either of a futuristic genre (cheap ones), or just to expensive (desert eagle replicas etc).

I currently have a cheap one and it doesn't feel right using a gun on House of the Dead that looks light a phaser from Star Trek.

There are millions of well designed toy guns around and I was wondering how possible it would be to take the inside of a Sega Dreamcast gun and put them into another gun case?

Preferably I would like to take the inside of the DC gun and put them into a Sega Saturn Gun.

I'm sure its more complicated than it sounds

Your Title Is Very Confusing.

Say "Placing Dreamcast light gun inside a Saturn light gun case"

Your Title Sound like you changing a saturn light gun to work with a dreamcast.
