n64 question

Post by Bandrien »

I have an n64 with a relocated cart slot and a few traces between the RCP and CPU chips which were cut and had to be rewired. Everything works fine when playing a game for about 2 minutes, then the picture goes wild. Basically everything switches places is little boxes, so arms and legs and heads go everywhere they aren't supposed to be. Then the screen goes blank. I don't want to redo the whole cart slot, if there is a more specific place to look that'd be great.

Cart slot wiring. Especially if it looks like this (funny meme aside)
