There is a difference. you see, this guy hasnt been posting a link to his website in EVERY SINGLE POST HE MAKES DESPITE BEING TOLD NOT TO SEVERAL TIMES BY MULTIPLE MODERATORS. he has posted the url once, in its own topic.
