original xbox laptop

I am trying to make an original xbox laptop, I came across a free laptop( an old twinhead), which I just wanted for the lcd screen which is a sharp LQ11S31
here is the pinout for that

but since I am new to the hardmodding scene, I
A- am not sure about the reds greens and blues, and also the fact that there are more wires on the lcd cable than the pinout shows and

B- what voltage to apply to the lcd

any help would be much appreciated
