[WTB\Comission] GBC w/ Backlight

Hey everyone,

I'm new here, and am very interested in buying a great/mint condition Gameboy Color with a backlight. I'll take any color except "berry", and am willing to pay extra for other cool mods such as battery pack, etc.

Please post your price here, willing to pay a fair amount for this, or pay someone to build me one.

You can't backlight a GBC. Only frontlight.

1) Marshall knows that I am re-creating his portable. I am giving credit to HIS case at the end when I finish the console \ portable. One thing at a time man...

2) I am not steeling peoples potential. I like helping other modders fairly. If some modders are better than other, and it has taken them a few years and others a few days to know more than others - then so be it!

Btw, it isn't the same to backlight and frontlight. You need a special diffusing panel that spreads the light while keeping the screen underneath visible, and it's almost impossible to recreate that. Unless you have a first edition sp or something else with a frontlight, you're screwed.

What I meant was, he was requesting a GBC with a lit screen.. saying backlight or frontlight doesn't really matter, as the main idea is that he want's a lit screen. Through PM, I have confirmed with him this fact

but like lucid said backlighting and frontlighting give the same effect; a lit screen.
it shouldn't matter how its done, as long as the screen is lit.

That is pretty messed up h1 drama used to be fun, but thanks to certain events through my life and the fact that I've gotten a bit more mature I'm completely 100% over drama, life's to short to spend it being angry/hating anyone

the advantage about wanting a commission is that people the buyer offers, and the buyer to choose who does it, if anyone
