So, my guess with this is screwed up bios of some sorts. Been years since I touched the xbox, and it's giving me at best a fuzzy picture. S-video will give me 2 images of the screen in B&W, really fuzzy. Composite doesn't really give anything. Audio is fine though.

Im guessing the Xbox video card is copulate. What modifications have you done to the Xbox?

Cut through some traces and patched them up, but it was working last I left it a few years ago. Although before I was using a crappy composite -> vga converter box, so maybe the video will work with that if I find it...would be a bit odd though.

Well it wouldn't hurt to find that converter box and try it. Wish I could help more but I think you will probably have to get a new Xbox.
