WTB Snes Custom Cart

So i recently purchased a custom snes cart that has the english translation version of secret of mana 2 (Seiken Densetsu 3 in jap) for around 80 dollars off of ebay, it works great and the label on the cart looks legit!!! Anyways i was curious if anyone on this is able to make a similar cart like this but with the english translation for front mission (gun hazard in jap). Hope anyone can help or at least point the way to making this happen!
