What is this movie!?

There was this movie I used to watch as a kid, and I loved it, but I can't remember the name of it and it's frustrating the crap out of me.

It's about this boy who finds this robotic being that came from space in a junkyard or something, and he goes inside it and the thing can talk and stuff. I remember this one seen where the kid has to piss, and the robot guy opens up this pee hole on his chest, so the kid can't pee.
