Same thing happened 2 weeks ago at my college, and I live almost 400 miles more Southern!



Less than 24 hours, low 20's F and snowing to mid 70's F without a cloud in the sky (after a while, I know there are clouds in the picture)
(This happens at least once a year in Vermont)

I would hate blizzards in May too. Especially if you don't get off from school. That's one of the best things about snow, it gets us out of school here, so we can spend the day sledding and building snowmen instead of trying, and failing, to get to school in a car.
And Limpport, I think all of the cars in those 2 pictures are different except that one white car in the front row. Do you know whose it is? Do they ever move it?

It's a college campus, and it was less than 24 hours between the pictures. I know the person who's motorcycle it is. He doesn't ride it that often.

you fail to realize ALBERTA IS SO LAME!! it was sunny in BC all winter, yes the 2010 winter Olympics landed on the sunniest winter in the last decade... which affects the winds past the rockies, so your welcome for all the cold air we didn't get. actually south America is to thank for all the warm air here. so if your going to get pissy over any area of the world, it's horrible Alberta, which is still the worse place I've ever been in this great and diverse country (Newfoundlands better than Alberta, and it's a barren rock full of drunks stuck out in the north Atlantic...) yep it was sunny the trees had green leaves flowers fell from the cherry blossoms and drifted through the air this February... (Alberta sucks, you pay no sales tax, and have the second biggest oil industry in the world, it would make sense it gets all those cold days and cowboys) MAN it was warm today!!

We're supposed to get 2-4 inches of snow in the next couple of days, assuming it gets cold enough to be snow.

Shame, too, because it's been really nice for a while already.

The was measurable snow at the Salt Lake Airport today, a new record for the latest day. We just got rain where I live.
And they say there's a global warming going on....
