FC 16 go problem

FC 16 go problem
My fc 16 go just stopped working the other day. When I turn it on now I just hear some static in the speakers the screen flashes and lights up, the controller leds flash. Anyone know how to fix this, or know what might be wrong.

Necro-advice but there's a few things you should try, which you have probably done already by now. It could just be that the screen crapped out. Plug into the TV with the A/V cables it came with to see if you at least get a picture. If not, then maybe the battery is dead or there is a short somewhere so the console is not getting power.
