controller mod

im totally new to this, but im impressed with everything you all know. im trying to make a prototype for a controller add on for the iphone.. i know some people that could help me with the circuit boards.. but im trying to figure out how to make a shell. i emailed some local companies that deal with plastic fabrication, but they were no help.

can you guys point me to a way to make my own shell? thanks.
