ebay problem what should be my next course of action

I perchases some stuff from an an ebay based store (will remain nameless for now) been 11 days package has not shown I emailed its owners yesterday and I am not getting a responce

what should be my next course of action?

Take them down.

File a complaint about a seller form on ebay, and they'll get that item to you in a hurry :D

Also you need a proof of payment (check slip, Money order recipt, Paypal thing) to send to Ebay or they wont validate your complaint and they will destroy thier account and ban thier credit cards and IP address.

if 2 weeks is the limit then that much time has alredy passed most stuff takes longer than that to ship

they seem repuable they had over 10000 of positive and few negative I will give them till monday to respond to me then I will slander there name all over the internet and see what else I can do to get what is rightfully myne (stuff I ordered or full refund)

What shipping method did you use?

well I sent them anouther message titled
Respond to this email or I will have to file a complaint with ebay and paypal
and woh and behold they respond is less than half an hour we will see if things work out
