Is it possible to connect a video signal to this screen?

I don't know enough about electronics to see if this will work or not.. It's an auction on ebay, but the seller doesn't know much either so he has not been able to test it in any way...

I'd say no. It looks like some kind of graphical display from a cash register, copier machine or something. From looking at the board, it looks like its driven by a digital signal. No good for portables.

If your after a screen for a portable, stick to what people recommend. For example:
