Pretty much every system from PS1/N64 to present. Probably any racing game should work with them, their guts are just like normal controllers except instead of analogs and triggers, you use the wheel and pedals.

What kind of racing games? Simulation, arcade, kart?
I personally prefer the xbox and 360 for racing games with the normal controller. With a wheel, they're all pretty much equal and it just depends on which has the franchises you like. I would say 360 or PS3 if you want a new system, an xbox or PS2 would be good if you are on a budget.

Also, you might want to use some punctuation. They're the ,.? keys. They make stuff a lot easier to read and understand.
