What would be the difference between a AX3022 and a MC34063 based switching regulator?

There is a small price difference, so I am not sure which one I should get.
Thanks in advanced,

Re: Switching Regulator
I think, although can't be 100% without looking at datasheets, that mc34063 are only upto 500mA.
