Use the TI regulator to get 5V

Can I use one of the TI regulators that we use for the 3.3V to get 5V instead? What resistors would I use? Is there a diagram anywhere?

Sure can, you can make the output of a PTH08080 or PTH08000 anywhere from 0.9V to 5.5V. According to their datasheet, you need a 348 ohm resistor to get 5V output from the PTH08080 and a 346 ohm for the PTH08000.
