Mah to playtime conversion /?

Okay a couple of questions.

1.) How do you convert WH to maH?

2.) Based off of all of your experiences, how do you convert play time from Mah's using:
-Portable N64's (assuming it's using a PSOne screen)
-Portable Dreamcast (assuming it's using a PSOne screen)
Ex.)Playtime for each if using 4000Mah batteries? 5500Mah? How do you convert Mah to playtime?

add the mA that the console and the screen uses and divide that by the mAh of your battery (console+screen/battery) and thats how you can calculate the playtime for your console iirc

it depends on lots of variables, like what voltage the battery is, how the voltages are stepped down, what other things are attached to the system/battery, etc.
