Ok, so I am really trying to get this done soon. I wasn't going to post pictures, but I might as well now anyway.

The case is mostly done. It just needs a few more holes drilled and the screen area widened because my pustom screen died and I am replacing it with a 3.5 screen from ebay.

Now for some pictures of the playboy.


nothing soldered here yet. The buttons and joysticks are just taped in for the picture.






Oh, and before people start asking, yes I am going to leave the disc free-spinning like that. No disc cover for me!

Does anybody know a surfire way to completely get rid of permenant marker?

I have tried magic eraser and tons of alcohol, but the marker is still there.

I currently have the case soaking in bleach. If that doesn't work then I am going to have one fugly portable.

De-natured alcohol or 99% Isopropyl Alcohol will take off the marker. Might require a little rubbing but it will do it.

Thanks, but I managed to get it off anyway. I let the case soak in dilluted bleach for about 2 hours. Once I scrubbed and then dried it off, I got a magic eraser, put dawn and alcohol on it, and scrubbed away even more. It all came off then. now my case is nice and pearly white.

I don't have much of an update, but here goes.

I went out and bought a second official memory card so now I have two to hardwire in. Now I can have plenty of gamesaves.

Oh, and expect progress to be sort of slow. I am in need of a screen, but first am in need of money. So to add some bux to my paypal account I am frontlighting and lithium battery modding a GBC and am hoping to sell it on here, MR, or digitpress.
