can someone supply me with a link on where to buy UATA 33 wire as said by ben heck, for some reason i cant find it, or im looking in the wrong places.

yes i know about that, but what does he mean by it in his tutorial, i see him using it nowhere

He (and others) usually rip the wires apart before using it. You don't have to use it, its just a cheap source of thin wire that almost everyone has access to.
