I could not sleep and in my restlessness I had an idea I want to plug
my snes controller to any pc and I to play super Mario world but I
want all the data on controller so I can take it from one pc to another
do you guys think this is possible
if so any ideas where to start
i'm a noob so i was hoping for a little help

Ingredients: Usb hub, snes controller, usb stick, snes2usb interface (you can make those yourself with a microcontroller)

Here is a pretty alright tutorial on how to do this with a NES controller, but the concept could easily be applied toward the SNES as well. I have personally done this and its not hard.

You could also use the board inside this controller instead of a keyboard controller board. It would be a bit cheaper.
