Colecovision composite mod problems

I did Ben's colecovision composite mod. On one tv(not hd), the screen goes green and a weird colored line(maybe a messed up colecovision logo) goes down the screen. On another tv nothing happens. Also on the old tv(with the rf thing) on which the colecovision actually works, the screen goes from top to bottom really fast.

I did this mod over a year ago and everything worked fine. I took some pictures for you because I have the top off right now because I need to replace the controller chip SN74LS541N.

Chip removed and 20 pin socket from old nic installed. Just need to buy the part now.

Actually I made it work. i only resoldered one connection and turned the pot the other way around
