Cart Slot Fail

So, after about an hour and a half of work I finally finished my cart slot relocation!!! I plugged in a game and it did what I expected it to do, nothing... I figured that I either have a short (none are visible) or a couple of my solder joints are a little iffy. Just wondering if anyone knows how to test each connection to determine which are broken (I'm not a pro with a multimeter just yet). BTW the board is working (LED turns on, screen flickers), the game was in the right way, expansion pack plugged in, etc. etc. No stupid mistakes were causing this. Thanks in advance.
