Awnser: 11.1v Li-po, or Ni-Mh, Ni-Cd, Lead Acid, or Li-ion.
Li-po is tiny, but Ni-Mh is cheaper.

Honestly, based on your apparent lack of courtesy or ability to use the search bar to answer your question, I doubt you are capable of modding a Wii in any way whatsoever. Perhaps I'm wrong, perhaps you know what you're doing.... but I really doubt it. Try starting with something a lot easier with more resources. If you were to do a SNES portable you wouldn't really need to ask any questions because of all of the readily available information posted.
