i was comfused on the start button being held down and pushing the d-pad to turn the volume up and down and then when you let go of the start button the d-pad becomes normal again. Could somebody explain this to me because i do not know what peices you need and what not. Because I would like to put this on my portable too.

Re: volume controll via start button and d-pad
The PSOne screen has it's own volume control, what's wrong with that?

Re: volume controll via start button and d-pad
I meant that the sixtyfree lite-r had the d-pad with the volume controll, I was not talking about the starlight 64, Im gonna try to make the smallest n64 portable and i wanted to know how the hell did sifuf do the volume thing. He took the volume control off of the psone screen and used it in the d-pad so when he held down the start button it made the d-pad controll the volume so there would not be 2 or 4 more buttons making the project bigger.
I know how it has its own volume controlls, what i might have to just use, but i wanted to make it like sifuf did.
