who knows from which device is this pcb ???

I am interested in the combination of OM8361 with LCD display and found this picture here,
who knows this product and has a schematic diagram of it, or a diagram of another device with this
combination ??

looks like a portable tv, dual regulators looks abit worrying for a portable.:P
