Freeview Consoles (A Spinoff Of Console TV)

Not exactly the same thing as the Console TV, just a spinoff, I thought of an idea with a Sleek Freeview Box (not the proper brand massive ones) and a Sega Genesis plus some wireless controllers for the Genesis, does it seem possible to you, to combine a Freeview box and a Sega Genesis, with a Cartridge Slot at the top.
