Power for screen

If you're making a portable you probably need something to watch it on. (Unless you want to guess what's happening in the game, but I wouldn't advise that) Anyway, this forum is your "Hacking a pocket TV/screen" one-stop solution. Share your experiences and knowledge here.

Power for screen

Post by GamecubePerson111 »

Just wondering what would be a good battery for only powering a psone screen (no LED mod) to last for about 3 hours on full charge, Thanks

You'll need a battery that's rated at 7.4 volts and has at least 2500 mAh.

How long would a battery with those specs power the screen?

That would get you the 3 hours you asked for.

The screen unmodded would take about 700 mA an hour so if a battery has 700 mAh then it would last an hour.
