PSOneP Case

I just got Ben's book about a week ago and I've decided to make a PSOneP. For the case I was thinking of making a a mold and casting it in polyurethane (like what ben is doing for the phoenix). I found this site that sells every thing I need http://www.artmolds.com/ . I was wondering if any one has ever done this and what the easiest way to do it would be. I was thinking about making the case out of wood and wood glue and make a mold out of that...would that work?

i don't see why not but a clay mold would be the easiest to shape. i suggest clay for a mold.
