I am thinking about buying a used psp and was curious at to what the going rate for a psp 1000 is?
The one I am thinking about buying may need the umd drive replaced. So I need a little bit of info.

If it has a broken UMD drive, do not spent more than $60. Working one, I would say somewhere between $80-100.
Check ebay for UMD drives. To be honest, I think you should buy a cheap PSP with a broken UMD drive, then use the money you would have spent fixing it on a pandora battery and a nice large memory stick on DealExtreme, then installing custom firmware so you can gave all your games on the memory stick.
