Re: anyone ever here of this?
I've owned four and have one in pieces n my closet right now.
I used to buy them for $200 and put in some "special features" region mod it and sell them for $500.
Very good looking and functioning machines.

Nope no difference in the mainboard. Big differences in disc drive boards, power boards, etc.joeyjoe9876 wrote:yeah i was looking into prices on ebay, the cheapest one i found is 399$

I've been wanting to ask someone who had seen the guts as well. Is the Gamecube DD any smaller in that thing? Is there any component of the Gamcubes in the Q that is smaller for replacement? (You can see where I'm going with this...)hailrazer wrote:Nope no difference in the mainboard. Re: anyone ever here of this?
It's totally incompatible. There are several extra boards for the Disc Drive and the disc drive itself is a large complicated mess. So yea I know where you are going and no it won't work.Tchay wrote:I've been wanting to ask someone who had seen the guts as well. Is the Gamecube DD any smaller in that thing? I've always wanted one just to have it, but now that they are no longer made, they will just keep going up and up.
