A noob with a few questions on making a gamecube portable
To start out I want to say I know a lot about working on and with electronics. Also I know how to read complicated wiring schematics and identifing the different types of transistors, resistors and other electrical components. Ok first question is does anyone have a wiring schematic to use a (um lets say) 11.1v li-ion battery from a racing r/c car and have it step down to 1.9v, 3,3v, and 5.0v? Also how many amp hours does the battery have to be? My last question is way to make an intergrated controler on controler port 1 but still retain the exturnal controler inpu? My Idea is to make a portable gamecube with the ability to fuction as a "Normal" gamecube (Ex. use normal memory cards, controlers and have a tv output).

if you are interested in controller's fast switching internal, external , and different controller number (P1,P2,P3 and P4)
you may get interested in this.
basically it is a switch able to handle the "bidirectional data wires" from controllers, I think it is the only important data wire from controller (others wires are just power).
for more controller details, check this topic
about the battery stuff, I think you just need to solder the 5v line from the GC regulator board to the 12v in GC mobo, other wires should be like diagrams, but not fully sure.
ask ShockSlayer, he did the amazing 5V on 12v line discover at the gamecube.
I think he also may have some wiring diagrams somewhere.
