I just found this site while cruising for senior project research, and I have just about everything I need for making a NESp. At the moment, I'm a bit puzzled with how it all goes together. No offense to Ben, but the instructions he gave were not very direct. I'd appreciate any assistance given.

Yes, it's possible, but it'd be difficult to do in a size that most people would consider acceptable, even so. Doomportables has info on that, I believe (sorry, I don't have their URL handy at the moment). That's basically all anyone does to make portable consoles though, so you have a fair idea it seems.
Ben's site doesn't really give instructions. That's what his book is for. Good luck with your project!

Because it isn't down if you do the host mod.
Add to the file: C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
Do the mod, then you can get in.

Actually, the NES board isn't that big once you get under the shielding...It is about as big as my SNES rev. 1 board...and it is lower profile than the SNES because of that removable sound unit on the SNES's board.SgtBowhack wrote:Yes, it's possible, but it'd be difficult to do in a size that most people would consider acceptable, even so.
