I jailbreak'd my ipod (version 2.2.1). I have installer and cydia on it, and I have emulators on it, but im trying to SSH and get roms on it.
Basically, this is what I did.
I downloaded openSSH and sbsettings on my ipod. I downloaded winscp on my pc, put the ip address of my ipod as the host name, and I put the username as root and password as alpine, and the port as 22, as countless websites have told me to do. Yes, my wireless is on. Yes, I disabled my firewall. I didn't let it go into sleep. But each time I try to connect it just says network error: connection timed out.
I've been screwing around with it all day. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Is there a way to boot the Touch into USB disk mode, like you could with older models?
