First attempt at hacking a madcats controller failed

I chopped the anolog controller PCB in half and re-soldered it together to get it into the correct location in the PS1P case.

Midway into assembly I decided to complete the wiring first and test the unit to see if the controller worked. It did not.

I have power to the Psone and to the LCD both are functioning correctly.
Just not the controller.

Any Ideas About how others have done this controller hack would be Sweet.

check all connections check everywire with a multimeter check controller aswell
