FasterFox

Does anyone use it? Does it really work? I have it installed, and notice some improvments. (I'm actually using FasterFox Lite) It seems to make the forums go much faster, but some sites, like facebook, seem to go slower. (I'm running it on the fastest settings) Could someone give me some custom settings to really make it powerful?
