No Screens in Australia, Please Help!

If you're making a portable you probably need something to watch it on. (Unless you want to guess what's happening in the game, but I wouldn't advise that) Anyway, this forum is your "Hacking a pocket TV/screen" one-stop solution. Share your experiences and knowledge here.

No Screens in Australia, Please Help!

Post by Fluphy »

Im an Ausie and just got interested in this whole, take an old console and make it portable. Just recently I found my old N64 and wanted to make it portable, so ive been looking over the internet for a while now for 7 Inch screens, and I cant find any that will work. There are a few on eBay that are either too expensive or I am not sure whether they will work or not, other than that there are no PSOne's in Australia, and the ones that are are extremely expensive. Anyone got any ideas on where I can get a suitable screen that doesn't break the bank??

Please and Thankyou

You could look for ones worldwide on ebay, that will ship to australia; if not, you could find one, have me (or somebody else) buy it for you and ship it to australia after you pay the person who buys it. It would probably cost about USD$10 to ship to australia First Class International or a Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope.

You could also look on DealExtreme. They have plenty of screens.

edit: look at this. It is somewhat expensive, though.
