Guitar hero bot misses notes

I made a custom guitar hero song and put it on my computer, now I want to record it being played. I doubt my computer could handle guitar hero and hypercam so I'll just record it with a camera and put in the audio track later but...

Since I can't play the song myself (no its not totally ridiculous, just Kind of ridiculous. A lot of fast notes) I modded it to use a bot. It misses a lot of notes though and fails at about %35

Is my computer just not able to handle it or what? Does anybody think it would work better on the xbox? I'd rather not go through the trouble of ripping my game, putting in the custom songs and enabling the bot but I guess I could.

Is it possible to play through it? Maybe there's a string of notes in there that it can't keep track of.

I'm not too sure about the bot system (seen one that's almost 100% notes and it chokes on that), but if you're going to use a camcorder on your monitor, make sure you turn the lights off and use a tripod. The video will come out much nicer that way. (The best solution aside form screen recorder software is to connect the TV-Out port on your GPU to something like a DVR or DVD recorder that will let you get the video on the PC again. That's how I recorded this 3DMark 06 run.)

Thanks, I ended up just cheat engine-ing my way to not losing any health. I'll try recording it with the lights off later tonight or tomorrow.

A program that deserves its very own bump... FRAPS
No lag and it recorded sound.

I still replaced the audio track because you could hear the missed notes so its not perfectly lined up with the video but pretty close.
