This is the issue that usually happens just before your PS3 gets the "Yellow Light of Death".

Unfortunatly. The only repair, is a new system from Sony. (Give sony a call. Hope your under warranty.)

Apparently, the YLoD isn't all that hard to fix if you have a heat/soldering gun. Some stupid people will tell you it's not fixable though.

Depends. Just like the RROD, it could be a number of errors. If your system is in warranty, get it fixed by sony. If its not in warranty, I still suggest getting it fixed by sony. As if you open it up, they will NOT fix it.
