Horizontal lines in screen. Solved?

Horizontal lines in screen. Solved?
There's horizontal lines on my intec xbox 5 inch screen. (yes, I know. Intec's crap) They're like dead pixels but go across the whole screen, and are brownish. Is there any way to fix this?

Ok, here's a picture of the screen. The lines are grey. The ribbon cables are hard to get to, look like they're in all the way (at least on the side I can see). What's wrong?!?!?
