PS1 trimming tutorial
Is there a tutorial anywhere on how to successfully trim the ps1 screen down to its smallest dimensions?

You can trim the sides, too, but I don't have links for that. Essentially, the best you can do is get the circuit board down to the size of the screen. However, you will probably just want to trim the board down as you need - no sense in going through the trouble of making it any smaller than you need it to be!
