Smaller then nano?!

Yep, I dont know how many of you have send it on mini-itx.com but there is a board thats been made called the Luke. This little thing is about half the size and runs at a brisk 1gHz, has the power for Mpeg-2 (DVDs) and Mpeg-4 (DivX/AVI), not to mention an array of video out supported signals.

I cant wait til they release this little thing, It will litterally change the way people do computer case mods.

That is pretty gosh darn slick. I'm looking forward to it. Hope it's cheap. My question is: where's the RAM slot? I'm guessing it's on the bottom but it'd be nice to see. Good find. With this thing, a portable PC at a decent size is pretty reasonable

In the article they only speak of two ram options; 128 and 256. So my guess is that the ram is embedded. If it does have slots then I might be blinder then I think I am, but who know the production model could add it in there.

The PC/104 formfactor is even smaller. Though it's horribly, terribly, utterly expensive to get one of decent power.

I have a question, what size RAM sims do the mini itx boards (not including Luke) use? i'm guessing smaller than PC-133

They use standard DDR 266-400 modules iirc.

yeah theres a little space on the board for it near the front
