Craziest project you've done? *56K fail*

Post by lifeisbetterwithketchup »

What's the craziest/stupidest/awesomest/what-the-hell-am-I-doing-est project you've ever done? This can be related to anything.

Mine is probably a tie between my Halloween costume (GIANT KETCHUP BOTTLE!!!) back in fourth grade and about a week and a half ago when some friends and I filled a friend's car with 8000 styrofoam cups.

Pics (OR IT DIDN"T HAPPEN):

video from the styrofoam cups incident: Rated R for language (nothing excessive, but a few F-bombs) and chronic stupidness

That video was beyond epic. So funny. Did you film his actual reaction at all?

Not much to contribute yet, but that is NUTS! I hate when people draw on my car with car paint, TP my house, etc. However, if a friend did that...I'd be ecstatic!

About the craziest thing i have built was for my tech physics class i built a trebuchet! and i still have it in my back yard

the way it was set up when i was in tech physics it could throw a 20oz bottle of water 275 feet, with some adjustments to the design of the sling and a proper counterweight i can easily increase the range to nearly 200 yards(600 feet) in theory

Its made of square tube steel, is about 7 foot tall and the arm is 14 foot long end to end IIRC. its light enough that 2 people can pick it up and carry it

I made over a gallon of alcohol

at school

It was for the CO2 to help algae grow. We were growing it to get oil from it. And it just struck me that school ended for me almost 2 weeks ago, and I left it there......

No. It was at his graduation party; he didn't find out until the next morning. By then, we were all long gone.
