controller relocation

ok im going to use the zn-45 case but I dont know how to mount the controls. the analog stick, L, R, Z buttons are easy enough cuz they are their own seperate piece that have wires going into the contoller board so to make them longer just break the wires and soder in more. however the c pad/a/b/start buttons and d pad click right onto the conroller board and arent so easy to relocate, can some one help me with this?

Ok 2 options 1: Get two n64 controllers cut apart 1 of them and solder the trases back on to the other n64 controller with some wires and go from there 2: If u fail with option one try ur best and if u still fail use exturnal buttons from radioshack.

^^^don't do what he said its impractical at least the idea of taking apart two controllers is
you need* to use things called tactile switches, you just solder one end to one side of the button and have the other end soldered to the common ground, someone else with better "explaining" skills will probably give more information later, but first have a look around the tutorials on bacterias website and these forums, its a good place to start.

Tact switches. you can get better rubbery ones that feel more natural, but i was to lazy to look.
Anyways the way you use these is: Solder one leg to the button, and the leg diagonally across it to ground.
