LED mod

If you're making a portable you probably need something to watch it on. (Unless you want to guess what's happening in the game, but I wouldn't advise that) Anyway, this forum is your "Hacking a pocket TV/screen" one-stop solution. Share your experiences and knowledge here.

LED mod

Post by Schmeman »

I have a quick question, say I decide not to do the LED mod so I can have even light on the screen. How much battery life would I be wasting by doing this? Thanks.

You would be adding on around 300 to 400 mA current draw for your system. Batteries are measured in amp hours or milliamp hours (Ah or mAh), so take that number, divide it by how many amps or milliamps your system draws, and you have how long your battery will last.
