Help with PS2 Portable

Hi. I'm new to doing this and since i've never done it before, i'm not about to open up my PS2. However, I saw this video:

and it doesn't look like you actually have to open it up. It's not as good as a normal PS2p i'm sure, but better then nothing. Would this be easy to do? Also, what do I need to do this? Is there any tutorials for something like this? Thanks!

that looked like a fair epic portable but yes he did have to open up his ps2. and looked like he was using an external battery, and for your other questions:
to do one that looks that clean it will either take skill and a lot of effort or little skill and years of effort, as for tutorials look around the site, im not sure if there is a dummies guide to ps2 portable yet but theres fair decent slabs of info hair and there that tell you everything you need to know
